About the project

In this project, digital light effects were integrated into real portrait photographs — including imagery for the Braun brand (electronics manufacturer). Through precise VFX compositing, light rays emerge that seamlessly merge with the original photography, creating a magical, cinematic atmosphere. The workflow includes analyzing the lighting situation in the original image, creating 3D light effects and their compositing-appropriate integration. Color temperature, intensity and scattering are adjusted so that the digital elements appear physically plausible. The result is images that demonstrate the potential of VFX in portrait and advertising photography — subtle effects with great visual impact.
